Healow Patient Check- In Process

 

Healow Check-In can be used to check in for appointments, update demographic information, sign consents, complete questionnaires, verify insurance, pay for services, and announce your arrival. 

 

You can use the SMS (text) , the healow app, or the patient portal. 

 

** You must read and sign any available consents prior to the appointment. **

 

SMS (TEXT)

    1) SMS Appointment Reminder (if you are text enabled wil;l be sent before your appointment. The message         contains a secure link. Tap the link to launch the check-in. 

    2) Confirm the appointment

    3) Begin Check in 

    4) Authenticate by confirming your date of birth

    5) Verify patient demographics

    6) Verify insurance and/or add insurance card

    7) Acknowledge and sign the required consents. 

    8) Complete questionnaires (if applicable; not needed at every visit unless there have been changes)

    9) Pay any outstanding balance and/or copays. 

    10) Click I have arrived. 

 

Healow App

    1) Click Check-in next to appointment details and follow prompts

 

Patient Portal

    Tap Start Check-IN on the message panel of the patient portal dashboard and follow  prompts
